Bertan, Kolonbiako 32 departamentuetako chefak, irakasleak eta ikasleak bildu dira.<br \/>\nI\u00f1aki Armentia Gamarrako Ostalaritza Eskolako zuzendariak eta Itziar Lopez de Ipi\u00f1a sukaldaritzako irakasle eta eskolako jasangarritasun arduradunak \\&#8221;Gastronomia Euskal Herrian. Tokiko produktu eta tradizioetan oinarritutako sukaldaritza\u201d ponentzia aurkeztu zuten. Bertan, Euskal sukaldaritzaren oinarriak eta ezaugarriak, lehen sektorearekin duen lotura eta Euskadiko lanbide-heziketa azaldu zituzten, Honetaz gain, mahai inguru batean parte hartu zuten non turismoa sustatzeko gastronomiaren garrantziari buruz eztabaidatu zuten.
